In 1980, Lynn Fritz purchased Quail Hill Ranch looking to it as a sanctuary from his life as the CEO of Fritz Companies, a global logistics organization, where he spent more than half of his time traveling to different parts of the globe. Each time he visited he fell more in love and planted the grounds, ultimately turning it into a thriving vineyard and home, now known as Lynmar Estate.
In 1995, Lynmar began producing small amounts of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, which were incredibly well received. Lynmar Estate wines have received awards from Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator and Wine & Spirits – just to name a few.
Lynmar also partners with several charitable organizations through donations of supplies, volunteer labor, wine and financial contributions including the CERES Project, The Laguna de Santa Rosa Foundation and Fritz Institute.
