This year, participating design talents\u201418 of them, to be exact\u2014have imaginatively produced a penthouse-level presentation on Manhattan\u2019s Upper East Side.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s great to be back!\u201d says Dankner, of the show\u2019s in-person return following two virtual editions. \u201cPeople are so excited to get out and be together. To be here tonight is beyond anything I dreamed.\u201d Open for public viewing through December 11,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.architecturaldigest.com\/gallery\/tour-new-yorks-10th-annual-holiday-house-designer-show-house\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-uri=\"e2a9fa1cd2ee311e896b001dc72aaaa8\">Holiday House NYC<\/a>\u00a0encompasses two penthouse units at The Kent on 95th Street. A framed, high-definition screen displays livestreamed city views relayed from a camera mounted on the nearby terrace. A Danao sofa with organic curvature and added seating from Dedon are welcoming with color without competing with the view, while the\u00a0<em>Steel Breeze<\/em>\u00a0sculpture by artist David Harber provides fodder. An eccentric, Jeff Koons\u2013inspired Attackle bench from Fatboy ups the ante, while a biophilic installation by Sara N Co.
