Notable guests included&nbsp;<strong>Fern Mallis<\/strong>,<strong>&nbsp;Liliana Cavendish<\/strong>,<strong>&nbsp;Susan J. Barron<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Janna Bullock, Hisashi Miyao<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Jean Shafiroff<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Steven Trenk<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Joe Ganim<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Andrew Youmans<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Michael Genovese<\/strong>, publisher&nbsp;<strong>Justin Mitchell<\/strong>, and columnist&nbsp;<strong>R.
